WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF DEART

Welcome to the world of DEART.

Every artwork presented here is a fragment of the soul,

an emotion transformed into color,

a dream taking shape between moonlight, light, and inner silence.

I paint what is left unsaid — what is felt.

My canvases tell stories of hope, love, and rebirth,

guarded beneath starry skies and listening moons.

Let yourself be carried away…

And if an artwork speaks to you, listen carefully:

it may have something to tell you right now.

A female face merges with an intricate weave of golden elements, symbolizing awareness and inner strength gained through time.

She is not a queen by birth, but by choice. She has crossed the darkness, faced her fears, and now shines in her most authentic light.

After rediscovering herself, every wound turns into gold, every scar becomes a precious ornament telling her story.

She shines like a diamond — strong and unbreakable — having understood that true royalty does not lie in crowns, but in the pride of being who we truly are.

REDISCOVERED LIGHT

The closed eyes of the female figure are not a sign of absence, but of deep connection with herself. In this suspended moment, past and future dissolve, leaving space only for the present and the rediscovery of one's true essence.

After crossing the shadow, the woman begins to reclaim her inner light — the light she had forgotten for too long.

Her face, immersed in a delicate aura, tells the story of rebirth, of someone who has understood that true beauty is not an external reflection, but a flame burning within us, ready to shine brighter than ever.

Gold and vibrant tones contrast with the shadows surrounding her gaze, symbolizing the delicate balance between inner light and darkness.

This is the portrait of a soul that has known the dark, yet still holds onto the glow of hope.

Like the moon during an eclipse, her brilliance does not fade — it simply waits for the moment to re-emerge brighter than ever.

An explosion of color surrounds the face of a woman who seems to be reborn in the dawn of a new day.

Golden spirals and luminous details dance around her, symbols of the vital energy that guides transformation.

Warm and dynamic tones tell the story of the soul's awakening after a long inner winter — the exact moment when the past is released and one surrenders to the light of the present.

This is not just an aurora, but an eternal promise of renewal, a hymn to the strength and beauty of those who have found the courage to rise again.

TEARS OF STARS

Technique: Mixed Media on Canvas

(digital & hand-made: digitally created drawings, printed on canvas and enriched with hand-applied decorations, gold leaf, and various applications)

Size: 40 × 40 cm

An intense and vibrant face stands against infinity, while golden drops fall like tears of light, tracing paths of dreams and desires that have never faded.

Each tear is a story — a wound transformed into brilliance, an emotion made eternal in the sky of the soul.

There is no pain that does not leave behind a reflection of beauty, no night that is not crossed by falling stars ready to fulfill silent prayers.

This artwork is a symbol of resilience: even in tears, even in darkness, light always finds a way to shine.

MY NEW ARTWORKS

"Lunaria: Reflections of Woman and Dream"

("Lunaria" evokes the moon, inner light, and the dreamlike dimension of my art. "Reflections of Woman and Dream" connects feminine transformation with the magic of the moon and desires that come to life.)

General Presentation

The artworks in this exhibition are born from an inner journey — a silent dialogue between the soul and the universe, between light and shadow, between the visible and the invisible.

Each painting is a fragment of emotion, a reflection of who we once were and who we can become, a story suspended between dream and reality.

Woman is the undisputed protagonist of this visual narrative: not an idealized figure, but a living, authentic essence, capable of transforming pain into strength, scars into beauty, and silence into poetry.

In her eyes lie unspoken desires; in her tears, shooting stars shimmer; in her gaze, the magic of hope is reflected. She is a being in constant metamorphosis — she loses herself and finds herself again, falls and rises, fades and then shines, brighter than before.

Every line, every brushstroke, every golden glow tells this transformation: the journey from darkness to light, from fragility to awareness, from solitude to freedom.

It is precisely here that the moon becomes the mirror of woman. Both pass through phases, both change without ever losing their essence, both know that even in the deepest darkness, light does not disappear — it simply waits for the right moment to shine again.

The moon, with its mysterious gentleness and poetic call, becomes a symbol of resilience, dreams, and rebirth. Woman and moon are bound by an invisible yet powerful connection: both tell stories of transformation, both carry within them the secret of light.

FUSION OF CREATIVITY

This two-artist exhibition, open to visitors until March 16, aims to celebrate art in all its forms and explore beauty through multiple languages, creating a unique moment of shared experience.

Through their works, artists Antonella D'Ecclesiis and Antonietta Losito will guide visitors on a journey of emotions, dreams, and reflections.

During the opening event, scheduled for today at 6:00 PM, poet Antonietta Palomba will also be present, giving voice to the deepest emotions through her words. A live musical performance is also planned, making the atmosphere even more magical.

THE FASCINATION OF REALITY IN THE PAINTINGS OF ANTONELLA D'ECCLESIIS

The horizon expands before our eyes as the sea recedes, among mirrored reflections of warm luminosity, rising along the slope of a clear yet dreamlike feminine imagination.

This is the defining character of Antonella D'Ecclesiis' figurative narrative: capturing the immediate beauty of reality and gently transfiguring it into an ideal, dreamlike dimension.

Landscapes appear vivid in the brilliance of a refined chromatic atmosphere — seascapes, gentle hills, delicate floral motifs, sinuous female figures, and ancient villages emerging in light and air. What stands out in her pictorial storytelling is the transition toward a dreamlike dimension, where the tension toward poetry and spirituality becomes deeply engaging.

Henri Matisse once said, "Painting is a relationship," and explained, "Relationship is love."

In this painting lies the ability to establish a loving relationship with things — delicately, as if the canvases were lyrical distances. Nature itself appears filtered and then rediscovered, among precious shades of green blended with the lightness of clear blue air, rendering open, unconstrained views.

One senses the breath of an illustrious civilization born from French Impressionism and evolving toward an ideal setting within the poetics of imagination, becoming almost metaphysical in its emotional silences. There is no forcing here, only extreme attentiveness in capturing the precise point of light, the exact tonal gradation, the subtle vibration of air.

Is this Impressionism, then? Not exactly. The phenomenality of vision typical of Monet undergoes a transformation through memory. The difference is subtle, yet the freshness of emotion gives way to the nostalgia of a lost moment.

Thus her landscapes open onto luminous marine views where tones sing harmoniously — golden ochres, celestial blues, varied greens of vegetation — and painting becomes Vivaldian music: a calm melody where images glow with sunlight in a reconciliation between sense and intellect, nature and poetry.

Light determines the symbolic transfiguration of reality into an evocative world where sensory magic and the enchantment of the soul hover. At the same time, her gaze remains anchored to nature, seeking both visual and emotional stimuli, in that relationship Matisse spoke of.

In her splendid painting, one perceives this primary need for dialogue with the natural world, within the suspension of precious moments. Ultimately, illusion and estrangement from reality carry us toward the artist's existential dimension — almost golden — where it is beautiful to dwell in feelings that only the universal language of art can transmit to each of us as a renewed dream.

Esperia – Storytellers of Beauty

Lodisart presents

Antonella D'Ecclesiis | The Beauty of Life

An article by Eugenio Lombardo

The invitation from Apulian artist Antonella D'Ecclesiis is unequivocal:

"And before leaving Gravina in Puglia, make sure to visit the Viaduct Bridge, where you can admire not only the old Gravina but also the excavations and the entire rock landscape — a setting whose enchanted panoramas have served as locations for numerous films."

Antonella D'Ecclesiis is a multifaceted artist who embodies contrasting traits: shy yet eloquent, reflective yet instinctive. A woman who holds one defining quality — the constant desire to embrace the beauty of life, without ever allowing herself to be overwhelmed when things occasionally go awry.

In her works, the bond between inner feeling and creativity is evident. Yet Antonella entered her role as an artist unexpectedly, called to interpret a dimension that was entirely new to her. Painting was meant to remain a hobby, but her works amazed those around her and later sparked curiosity and interest among art audiences.

She recalls:

"They convinced me to hold an exhibition in my hometown, and deep down I already felt the desire to do so. The results were gratifying, though reactions were mixed: those who knew me as a woman passionate about art were not surprised, while others — who see art as reserved for a select few — perhaps were."

You have exhibited very different works, though within a coherent framework. Why?

"I believe it is the choice to embrace artistic experimentation. At first, I was anchored to realism — I couldn't paint without starting from a photograph I had taken myself, one that had stirred an emotion in me. I was also a skilled portraitist and often received commissions. But I felt trapped. So I began introducing fantastical elements into those works — things not present in the original photo — or depicting real objects transformed through imagination."

And what was the result?

"A sense of freedom. Above all, I found a new way to express myself. Even now, I struggle to place myself within a specific style. The need to portray comes from within. That doesn't mean I don't want to improve — but experimentation can also be a destination, not just a path. Today, I can also create without relying on photographs. Art helps us grow."

How much do your works express who you are?

"Completely. I am a dreamer, and the moon often appears in my paintings — a symbol of night and dreams. It's rare for an evening to pass without me stepping outside to observe it. I've been that way since childhood. The moon reflects itself — much like we women do."

Is there a parallel, then?

"Absolutely. One of my works expresses this clearly: the blooming of roses. Woman is always an expression of new emotions, of expectations that unfold over time — like the moon, which always alludes to tomorrow."

I greatly appreciated one of your paintings filled with little houses…

"Thank you. That painting is set at night. The inspiration was to create peace after the frenzy of a chaotic day. Moonlight crosses the façades, offering a sense of domestic calm."

The women in your paintings also seem deeply introspective.

"In truth, that is me — or rather, my different emotional states. Even in the darkest moment, there is always the energy of hope and rebirth."

When did you move from art enthusiast to painter?

"I discovered this role only recently, though I've painted since childhood. During lockdown, I produced many works but stored them away. Eventually, there was no more space, so I hung them on the walls — and they gained the approval of friends and family. That gave me a new impulse."

What kind of impulse?

"That the paintings should leave the storage room, breathe fresh air, and travel the world for the opportunities they deserve."

Then only congratulations remain…

"I accept them as encouragement to improve — I still have insecurities that I must overcome."
